Moscatel de Setúbal Fruit Salad

– 2 Navel oranges
– 1 Fuji apple
– 2 red plums
– 1 small bunch of Thompson grapes
– Moscatel de Setúbal to taste
– sugar to taste (optional)

Peel the fruit, remove the pits and seeds and cut into medium pieces. Place the prepared fruit into a bowl and stir well. Add the Moscatel de Setúbal wine little-by-little, and a pinch of sugar if you wish. Mix again. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Before serving, mix well.
