Perfumed Moscatel de Setúbal
(1 dose) | Easy
– orange zest
– 60ml of Moscatel de Setúbal
– 1 or 2 ice cubes
– dehydrated or chilled orange
Light the rosemary on a saucer and place an empty whisky or Caipirinha glass over it, with the bottom facing up. Wait 10 seconds and remove. To finish, spread some orange zest over the edge of the glass.
Serve the Moscatel de Setúbal wine and the ice in a glass and mix them together. Garnish with a dehydrated or chilled orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.
