Baked Apples with Moscatel de Setúbal and Dried Fruits

– 4 large Golden Apples
– 200 gr of sugar
– 75 gr assorted nuts (walnut, almond, pine nut, sultana etc ..)
– 70 gr unsalted butter
– 4 dl of Moscatel de Setúbal
Wash the apples and remove the pits.
Place them on a baking sheet, pour the Muscatel over them, and place butter and dried fruits in the centre of each one.
Spread sugar on top and place it in the oven for 30 minutes on medium heat.
Serve very cold.
