60 mL of cold brew*
20 mL of honey
15 mL of Grand Marnier
60 mL of Moscatel de Setúbal
Place all ingredients in an ice shaker and shake it vigorously for ten seconds. Strain into a glass with ice and finish with an orange twist and a cherry.
* In a glass container, mix 1 cup of ground coffee in 4 cups of water, leaving it to rest for 24 to 48 hours.
After this period of infusion, just pass the coffee in a cloth strainer or paper.
