WE ARE THE ORIGIN, THE QUALITY
AND THE GENUINITY OF THE SETÚBAL PENINSULA WINES.
We are the Setúbal Peninsula Regional Vine and Wine Commission – CVRPS. We were born 1991 with the purpose of guaranteeing the origin, the quality and the genuineness of the wines of our region, as well as to ensure their national and international promotion.
We are therefore the Certifying Entity of the Setúbal Peninsula wines, issuing the accreditation Setúbal D.O., which includes the Moscatel de Setúbal and Moscatel Roxo de Setúbal, Palmela D.O. and Setúbal Pensinsula G.I. (Regional Wine) present in different white, rosé, red, sparkling and liqueur wines. The presence of these names in the bottles is their guarantee of quality. They are selected wines that you can truly trust.

Our Mission
Through a strict control of the Setúbal Penisula wines production process, we apply the respective regulations, guaranteeing the origin, genuineness and quality, as well as promoting commercially the Setúbal D.O., Palmela D.O. and Setúbal Peninsula G.I. in the national and international markets.
Our Statutes
As an interprofessional, private and non-profit association, we work to certufy, defend and promote the following designations: Setúbal D.O., Palmela D.O. and Setúbal Peninsula G.I.. This way, we act according to many international rules, from the registration of all vineyards parcels until their verification, as well as inspection of the premises, wine tasting, reporting and commercial promotion of wine products, among other activities.
